Queer Books I Highly Recommend

It’s been awhile since I’ve done a listy type of post and I wanted to finally do another one. Since it’s Pride, I did want to do something queer. So, I thought it would be fun to recommend some of my favorite queer books!

Girls Of Paper And Fire by Natasha Ngan

This book has such a fantastic f/f romance. I love that there are more queer fantasies coming out, since I love the genre! This book is such a fantastic fantasy and I love the world. It was so awesome to see two girls fall in love while they fight for what they want.

Don’t Date Rosa Santos by Nina Moreno 

Rosa is very casually queer. This book does feature a m/f romance, but Rosa is bi! It’s one sentence, very short and to the point, but I loved it a lot. I personally really love when characters are casually queer and just sort of exist.

Red, White, And Royal Blue by Casey McQuiston

I love royal romance stories AND HERE’S A QUEER ONE! It also has the enemies-to-lovers trope that’s done fantastically well. Henry and Alex are just the sweetest couple and I loved seeing their relationship progress.

Her Royal Highness by Rachel Hawkins

Of course I had to put another queer royal romance on here. This book was absolutely fantastic. It’s a f/f, enemies-to-lovers, and roommates story. It’s just so well done. Millie and Flora have such an amazing bond and I loved seeing them come together and ah, I love them a lot.

Kissing Ezra Holtz (And Other Things I Did For Science) by Brianna R. Shrum

This is another one with a casually queer character! The main romance is m/f, but Amalia is bi! She talks about her relationships with girls and kisses a girl at one point too (there’s no cheating)!

I could probably talk all day about the queer books that I love. If a book is queer, I want to pick it up. Even if it’s just a side character, I want to read it haha. And there’s so many older books that I haven’t read and so many new ones coming out. I can’t wait to read them all!
