Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish that now has a new home at That Artsy Reader Girl.
I know it’s not Tuesday, but I had a different post go up that and I still wanted to participate in this week’s prompt! I’m not sure if it means books that are coming out this spring, spring-like books, or just books I plan on reading this spring. So, I’m going to do a little of everything!
You’d Be Mine by Erin Hahn
I’ve wanting to be give this one a try for awhile, but I just haven’t picked it up. It does seem like it’s going to be pretty heavy, so I’m not sure if I’ll get through it. So many people love it and it does seem really good, so I’m going to give it a try!
Unhoneymooners by Christina Lauren
I’ve been wanting to try more romance books and this one sounds awesome. It has fake dating (fake marriage) and enemies-to-lovers, plus vacation and it sounds like interesting family dynamics!
Truthwitch by Susan Denard
I’ve been wanting to give this one a try. I know some people love it and I know it’s not some people’s favorite. It’s been on my shelf for awhile and I want to see what I think of it!
Finale by Stephanie Garber
This is the last book in the Caraval trilogy! It should be interesting to see how everything goes down. I can’t wait to read more of Garber’s writing and be back in this world.
Emergency Contact by Mary H.K. Choi
I have a friend who really adores this one and I’ve been wanting to read more texting romances. Plus, the main characters are in college, which is something I think I’d really enjoy reading about.
The Princess And The Fangirl by Ashley Poston
I loved Geekerella and I can’t wait for the new characters that POVs and it’s queer!
Here There Are Monster by Amelinda Bérubé
This one sounds really creepy. It has maybe monsters and forests and sister relationships!
Internment by Samira Ahmed
This book is really important and I really want to read it.
Bloodleaf by Crystal Smith
I don’t know too much about this one, but I’ve heard a lot of good things about it. I know it has blood magic and princesses who run away because of an assassination attempt and I’m looking forward to finding out more!
Meet Me In Outer Space by Melinda Grace
This one is about a college girl with a learning disability who has to get a French tutor after her teacher won’t help her out. I’m really pumped to read it; I’ve been looking forward to it!
Woo, who knows how many of these I’ll get to, since I tend to stray from my tbr a lot haha. But I would love to read these and I hope I get to at least a few!
Thank you for reading!
Ahh this is such a great list of books! I recently read and loved You’d Be Mine. It was heavier than I thought it would be, at times, but still also perfectly balanced with the adorableness overall. I hope you’ll love it ❤ And Emergency Contact ahhh, this one is one of my favorite books ever, I hope you'll love it as well 😀
