Welcome to Colsten Can’t Wait, which is my verison of Waiting On Wednesday! Every week, my cat and I pick out an upcoming book we’re really looking forward to and highlight it! This week, we picked out The Beautiful.
Synopsis:

VAMPIRES! I have always loved vampires and I have been waiting for them to make a comeback. I don’t know why they got so strung out or why people got so tired of them, but I am ready for a new wave of them. And this book is definitely going to help.b It takes place in 1827 New Orleans and the main character used to be a dressmaker from Paris. That sounds really, really awesome. The plot sounds like it’s going to be dark, filled with intrigue, and hold lots of secrets. I’m looking forward to seeing how this book combines the glitzy world Celine finds with the bloody murders and secrets that are swirling around. I think they will mix wonderfully and it will make the story something truly amazing.
