What I Want To Read In February

January was a long month for me. It just went on and on. But, it’s February! And there are a lot of books I want to read this month, plus a lot of books coming out. I don’t know what I’ll actually end up reading, but here’s a few that I would love to get to!

The Fever King by Victoria Lee

TFK

I’m always a little wary of dystopians as I haven’t found a lot of them that I love. Though, I have been enjoying disease stories lately and the author has said that this book is very queer. So I’m willing to give it a shot!

You’d Be Mine by Erin Hahn

This one has been on my radar for awhile, but I wasn’t sure if I was going to want to read it. I’ve never been a huge fan of books where the main characters are huge music stars. It’s just not something I’ve ever enjoyed. Though, I am trying to branch out a more and so I’m going to give this one a shot! And I’ve heard good things about it.

The Perfect Assassin K.A. Doore

I have been meaning to read this one for awhile. I love reading books about assassin’s and I’ve heard that this one is queer, so I’m looking forward to it! I’m just not sure if I’m going to get to it soon. But I’d like to try!

Crown Of Feathers by Nicki Pau Preto

This cover is gorgeous. I can’t wait for this one to come out! It sounds amazing, with complex family dynamics, sisters, war, and phoenixes!

The Deceivers by Kristen Simmons

I think I could like this one. I would have to be in the mood for it, but I do think it has the potential to be really good! I really like the idea of a school for con artists is awesome and I can’t wait to see the MC to fight corrupt government officials.

I would also love to read Last Of Her Name, We Set The Dark On Fire, Lady Smoke, and On The Come Up! This list could definitely change a lot, but I’m hoping to actually read some of them!

Thank you for reading!

  1. I’ve been super hyped for The Fever King, but also a little wary too! I’ve kind of outgrown my dystopian phase so it could be hit or miss. But I have a feeling it’ll be good! I hope you enjoy all of these books & happy reading 💕

  2. I can’t wait for The Perfect Assasin and Crown of Feathers! I recently downloaded The Fever King on Amazon (Prime reads) but I am a bit weary of Dystopian too, I don’t tend to read a lot of that genre! Great post, I hope you love all of these 🙂
