Welcome to #RockyRecommends! Every Friday, my big fluffy cat picks out a book he has read and loved to recommend to everyone! He then gushes about it! This week, he picked out Our Year Of Maybe.

Rocky’s Thoughts: Hello I amz Rocky and I amz cat. And WOOOOOO this book was super super good. I don’t read lots of contemporary cause I prefer to be a pirate or a ninja or a spy cause I like to read about people being those kinds of things! I still like contemporary though cause real life is just as awesome most of the time. And this book was super awesome. It was sad sometimes and it definietly made me cry a little bit though I will not admit that. It had really good characters and very real situations and a chinchilla! I loved Mark the chinchilla so much that I don’t even think about eating him very much only a little bit. I would love to roll around in dust like he does but I would get dirty. Anyway, this book is very close to real life. It shows hard situations and hard realities which I think is awesome because sometimes life is hard. Sophie is a dancer and she’s just a little bit more graceful than me. I would love to take dance classes from her cause I want to build up my dancing skills. Thank you and 5 out 5 purrs.

You can add Our Year Of Maybe on Goodreads and order a copy of your own! Rocky and I hope you enjoyed this week’s recommendation!

Thank you for reading!
