Halloween Book Tag!

I started off this month saying I’m not that big on Halloween and then I do a million Halloweeny posts. Sorry for the unintentional misleading! But I’ve actually really been enjoying all the fall/Halloween stuff I’ve been putting to together since I don’t ACTUALLY have to go anywhere to celebrate haha. So, another Halloween post and this one’s a tag! This tag was created by Naomi The Book Lover on YouTube so all props to her!

Carving pumpkins- what book would you carve up and light on fire?

Ooooh, fun! I hate the Fallen series with a passion, but I think I’d like to carve up the ending of Torment (yes, I for some reason read the second book) and light it on fire. What WAS that ending and the terrible, terrible decision making and not in a good “move the plot forward” type of way?

Trick or treat- what character is a treat, what character is a trick?

Sydney is an amazing, wonderful, adorable treat and Victor is certainly a trick.

Candy corn- what book is always sweet?

Oh, Serious Moonlight was so good. It manages to be sweet and cute and meaningful and important all at the same time. It gives me the warm fuzzies just thinking about it. Definitely, definitely falls into this category haha.

Ghosts- what character would you love to visit you as a ghost?

Do the characters have to already be ghosts in the story? Or are they just getting their ghost on to visit me? Either way, I have no idea.

Dressing up in costume- what character would you want to be for a day?

I would love to be Sarai for a day. I would love to check out the citedeal and see Weep from above. But, there is a lot going on in her world and I don’t think I would want to be stuck there for more than a day.

Wizards and witches- what is your favorite Harry Potter moment?

“Lord Voldemort had risen again.” I thought this was so freaking dramatic and awesome when I first read it and it’s stuck with me haha.

Blood and gore- what book was so creepy that you had to take a break from it for awhile?

The later Bone books get really heavy/gorey/creepy at times and I found myself reaching my limit at times.
