The Cookie Book Tag

Cookies are great. They are near the top of my favorite deserts lists! And I love book tags that are centered around deserts. They are always super fun and I love seeing the questions that the creators come up with! This tag was created by Nicole over at sorryiambooked.com!

Chocolate Chip | A classic that you love or really enjoyed

I mostly only read classics for school, but I did enjoy Animal Farm. I think it was a unique, yet interesting way to handle the subject matter. And that ending had me thinking about it for days afterward.

Thin Mints | A fandom that you really want to ‘join’ and/or a hyped-up book you want to read

I see Vicious everywhere and pretty much everybody loves it. I’ve really been meaning to get to it and I can’t wait to see if I agree with the hype! I’m really hit or miss with superheros or superhero-like things, so this one should be interesting.

Shortbread: An author you can’t get enough of

Due to Twitter I actually interact with a lot of author (it’s one of the coolest things ever)! I can’t just pick one so here’s a list haha. Christine Lynn Herman, Joan He, Maura Milan, Amanda Foody, and Ashley Poston!

Samoas/ Caramel DeLites: An emotional rollercoaster

I’m having a hard time thinking of one for these and I think that’s because emotions are mostly so healthily portrayed in books these days.

Oreos: A book whose cover was better than the story or vice versa, where the story was better than its cover

Bloodlines was done so dirty by these covers.

Tagalongs/ Peanut Butter Patties: A book that wasn’t what you expected

So I was going to answer this negatively, but A Curse So Dark and Lonely was definitely not what I was expecting in the best way. It was so much more than I thought it was going to be and it was SO. GOOD.

That was The Cookie Book Tag! I kinda wish there was some feature where I could give everyone who reads this a cookie to eat. That’s the dream really.

Thank you for reading!
